Hoi, ik ben Niels. Ik ben 17 jaar oud en woon in Hoorn. Vanaf september begin ik met mijn studie Technical Computer Science (TCS) aan UT. Ik vind het leuk om allerlei sporten uit te proberen en doe zelf voornamelijk aan tennis en basketbal. Verder hou ik van gezelligheid met vrienden, bijvoorbeeld samen sporten of een spelletje doen. Ook vind ik het niet erg om te koken, maar een hobby is het niet. Ik kijk uit naar het studentenleven in Enschede.

I am working full-time in Central Amsterdam. I also am creating content in hybrid sports, with running and cycling. I enjoy running, cycling and participating in a lot of sports. I also like having chilled moments with my friends. I am clean and organised. I do not smoke, nor do I have pets.

I’m a 22-year-old student and will start my MSc degree at Erasmus in September. Currently I live in Eindhoven, where I completed my bachelor’s degree. In my time here I come from Poland, however I have lived most of my life in Ireland (13 years), before moving to the Netherlands for university. During my time in Eindhoven, I helped organise activities from my study association, I did a student team part-time and was part of a volleyball team for 3 years, so I like to keep myself busy. In Eindhoven most of my friends were Dutch and spoke Dutch to me, so I can almost fluently understand Dutch, and speaking is a work-in-progress. While I enjoy social activities, I am also an ambitious student; I completed my BSc in 3 years and will follow 2 MSc programs. I am outgoing, but also like to relax at home from time to time whether it is board games or watching a series. I am a tidy person and always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking and know how to make a meal or two. What I value in a house is a relaxed atmosphere, where there are people to just chill with, but where I can also find some space for myself to relax. I also uploaded some relatively recent pictures which hopefully give a good impression of me :)

I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University.
